We ask you to record observations for one grid reference at a time. Choose your reference from the dropdown menu. Then, under each of the headings Flowers, Butterflies, Moths & Dragonflies, Mammals, Reptiles & Amphibians, Birds, select those items that you have seen at this grid reference today. A map showing grid references in the Park is available at https://friendsofwhirlowbrookpark.org.uk/wildlife-recording-map/. It can be used in conjunction with one of the several UK grid reference apps that are available for smart phones and tablets.
The box below the checklists can be used for recording sightings of unlisted items e.g. green woodpecker, or multiple sightings e.g. six long-tailed tits or other comments.
Finally, enter your name and email address and the date in the last three boxes, and click on Submit. Repeat for any other grid references that you visited today.
